I was very impressed with Jet Computing’s responsiveness to my initial call and your attention to customer satisfaction. I don’t think there are any companies who would make “house calls” at 9pm. The photos you took of the drive to document your analysis of the problem proved to be invaluable to assisting my agency in determining what path to follow for restoring the data. That was ingenious forethought and exemplified your attention to detail. In working with other technical support to try and resolve the problem, it brought into sharp focus Jet Computing’s technical expertise and willingness to think outside the box to do what is needed in getting the job done right. It was a pleasure to work with you. Should I have an IT need in the future, I would certainly look forward to bringing it to Jet Computing for resolution.

I recently lost all my data due to a hard drive failure and had to pay a lot of money to get it back. My friend recommended Doug for advice. He was extremely helpful, found a new computer, external hard drive and on-line data back-up for me for a great price and helped me to set it all up with a lot of free software added as well. My dealings with Doug were professional and courteous and I am happy with the service. I got much more than expected and he patiently answered all my questions and was eager to get any issues resolved. And all that for a very reasonable price. It is really good to know that I now will never have to battle with some tech support person with an accent I can’t understand and spend hours getting my issue resolved.
